I was amazed after the close of bidding with the professional manner in which successful bidders were dealt with. Once again, the organization of your group pays off! In a number of cases I personally observed your people, Carl in particular, handle disputes between customers that resulted in a fair and consistent resolution. There was a carefully laid plan to be sure money was received, only the buyer left with his goods, and items that were not sold remained in the plant. I imagine this would be very difficult, but your group did an excellent job.
